Linear Projekt AG (Stans)

Linear Projekt AG was founded in 1982 by Hanspeter Fischer and Roland Gysi. In January 2010 Alex Kunz and Beat Zgraggen took over the company and continue to run it with the same professional competence and reliability.

Good architecture can only be created with a well-coordinated team, whether for single-family homes or large-scale developments. Our team consists of 10 qualified and experienced employees, who guarantee a high quality assurance and guarantee our customers a sustainable as well as future-oriented real estate. We promote these qualities already in the apprentice training, to which from our side very great importance is attached.

Our experience in planning as well as in project management of large residential developments allows us to develop interesting offers for private or institutional investors.

For the efficient accomplishment of our work, we have a modern infrastructure with state-of-the-art technical equipment at our disposal.
