GERBER HOLZBAU BERN AG is your partner for timber construction work of all kinds, but especially for energy-efficient and sustainable building with wood as well as for "holistic building".

Thanks to our cross-divisional construction experience and our affiliation with the high-performance and experienced Zimmermann construction group, we also take on the holistic management of the realization of construction projects of all kinds, from the new construction of single-family and multi-family houses to commercial and public buildings to listed buildings as well as the renovation of buildings or parts of buildings.

Wherever possible, we apply for subsidies on behalf of our clients from the federal government (building program - www.dasgebaeudeprogramm.ch) and cantons (building energy certificate of the cantons - GEAK - www.geak.ch).

In addition to specific customer requirements, we always take into account ecological, economic, building physics and energy criteria, including renewable energies such as solar technology (heat and electricity). We pay special attention to the use of materials from economically and ecologically sound production (wood from sustainable and ecologically sound production, exclusion of child labor, etc.).
