our offers, our goals we undertake architectural works from the study to the design, planning and construction management, until the project is completed. to help you better evaluate our offer, here are our main services:

the project is fitted into the surrounding. the optimal sunlight, utilization of the land and the integration into the existing "building landscape" are the goal. we are used to study several variants and to finalize one of them according to your personal needs. we are aware that a house should support your lifestyle and not prevent it. in a normal architect contract we are trustees of the builder. we are paid by the fee and do not earn anything from other construction services. in case of cheaper contractor offers, the builder benefits. the client is free to choose the contractor. we value durable materials and constructions. they may be a few percent more expensive, but they are cheaper to maintain. we choose materials and constructions that can be renovated and reworked cheaply and ecologically. the costs are kept. we can present the comparisons "cost estimate and construction account" of previous constructions without blushing. building biology is a matter of concern for us. we pay attention to it when choosing materials and especially colors. we continuously pursue further education. we have recognized training in building biology/ecology. we are constantly deepening our knowledge by attending further seminars and courses. we certainly also earn our living with architecture. the joy of shapes, colors, materials, the development of solutions and the cooperation with other people are our main motivation and let us tackle new tasks again and again with a lot of enthusiasm. we love our profession.
