Chuchihuus Lausen (Lausen)

In Lausen at Hauptstrasse 93, in the former domicile of the Restaurant Rössli, Alexandra Häfelfinger opened the Chuchihuus Lausen on April 14, 2012. The flair of the former restaurant remained and many visitors who still knew the restaurant were pleased how much of the "old" substance was integrated into the new kitchen studio. A good 40 years ago, her parents started a business in Lausen that was entirely dedicated to the remodeling and new construction of kitchens. Many successful years followed and so the children also had an early insight into this world. After school, Alexandra decided on an apprenticeship of her choice and completed it with a successful graduation from commercial school. From the year 2000 she worked in the parental business and complemented her knowhow with the training as a kitchen specialist.
