Philosophy

Project Leads

We are responsible for the overall management of various projects. In this case, the project and implementation planning is carried out by a planning partner. In the case of conversions and / or refurbishments, where no structural or spatial changes are carried out, the planning can also be covered by us.

Construction management

In a team with a planning partner, we carry out cost recording, submissions, the cost management and the organization of the construction with the local construction management. These interfaces are carefully discussed in advance so that the mutual support of planning and executing contractors is guaranteed in every project and execution phase.

Owner consulting

The idea for a building project must be analyzed and its effects discussed at an early stage. We can support our partners in this process with professional competence and openness in opinion. The support and control as a representative of a builder-owner in the operative building process can trigger for this distance with the view for the essential.
